Shipping policy

All of your orders are packed with love and care and are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

ORDERS: Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via the email you supplied during checkout. If you haven't received an order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder.

NOTE: Our bookmarks are shipped via regular mail without tracking, this is to keep costs low. You have the option to upgrade to postage with tracking at checkout. Other items in our store are posted with tracking.

ORDER PROCESSING: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Once your order has been processed with you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details, unless you have selected the untracked option (bookmarks) at checkout. 

DISCOUNTS: Please be sure to add any discount codes at checkout before you complete your order. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to add it in.

SHIPPING TIMES: We use Australia Post for delivery. Domestic shipping is approx 2-7 business days. Excluding busy trading periods (e.g Xmas) where delivery may take longer.
