Refund policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item.
TERMS
- Timing: Start your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Item (s) need to be in their original unused state, with original packaging still intact.
- Approval: Use our contact page about your return and wait for our approval before sending the item (s) back.
- Refund: Your refund will be issued when the item (s) are received by us, in re-saleable condition in original packaging. Please note that you will be refunded the item price only.
- Non-Refundable items: Free gifts or promotional items, Sale or discounted items, gift cards.
HOW TO RETURN
- Using the contact us page, send us an email with your order number, the items you are returning and why you're returning them.
- Once you receive an approval email from us, package up your item. Please note that items must be in their original branded packaging and in resaleable condition.
- Label your parcel clearly and send it to: Hooked on a Book, Po Box 80, Horsley Park, NSW 2175
- Send your parcel, if you have a tracking number, share it with us.
- Once we receive your return and inspect it, we'll email you to let you know if it's been approved. If so your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
IMPORTANT INFO
- You are responsible for the return shipping and handling costs.
- Keep any receipts or proof of postage until your return is finalised. If your return doesn't make it back to us in original condition we won't be able to process the refund.
- Refunds are for returned items only. Initial and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
